Book Review : Talking As Fast As I Can by Lauren Graham

Talking As Fast As I Can by Lauren Graham is a memoir of the beloved Hollywood actress of the Gilmore Girls and Parenthood. The complete name of the book is Talking As Fast As I Can : From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls (and Everything in Between). As the name suggests, Talking As Fast As I Can by Lauren Graham is a hilarious and behind-the-scenes look at Lauren’s life, her relationships,  her break as an actress, the whole Gilmore Girls story and much more.

Lauren Graham has written her quite happening life story in Talking As Fast I Can. No wonder, the title is set on her character in Gilmore Girls – Lorelai Gilmore – who talks too fast.  Among different stories of Talking as Fast As I Can, Lauren shares some laugh-out-loud incidents from her childhood and growing up. She also reveals how it was to start out as an actress.  She opens up about the challenges of being single in Hollywood. the time she was asked to audition her butt for a role. Lauren also describes her experience being a judge on Project Runway (“It’s like I had a fashion-induced blackout”).

There are two separate chapters dedicated wholly to Gilmore Girls. And believe, they are absolutely something that you have always want to know about the TV show. She has revealed how it started at first and how it was like to be back on the show nine years later.

Talking As Fast As I Can by Lauren Graham also gives away some unusual experiences she had in Hollywood like the time she was asked to audition her butt for a role, and being a judge on Project Runway.
