Book Review : The Fix by David Baldacci
The Fix is David Baldacci’s latest novel and the third in the Amos Decker series popularly known as the Memory Man. This novel, The Fix, is another crime mystery book written by David Baldacci, a NY Times bestselling author. The Fix features detective Amos Decker solving yet another nerve-racking murder case.
The story of The Fix by David Baldacci begins when a man shoots a woman right outside the FBI Headquarters in front of detective Amos Decker. There is no possible link between the shooter who is a business consultant and the victim who was a teacher. While Amos and his team are working on the case, Defense Intelligence Agency’s officer, Harper Brown, takes over the case. And that where the whole plot of David Baldacci’s novel, The Fix, turns around.
The two most important characters of The Fix, Amos and Brown, had to join hands forcefully because this murder has its strings attached to national security. David has written The Fix flawlessly just like the previous two novels in the series, The Memory Man and The Last Mile. A thrilling mystery unfolds as Amos is determined to solve the case with his special investigation and observation powers.
