Book of Swords by Gardner Dozois is an anthology of fifteen short stories that also includes one story by George R.R. Martin set in The Game of Thrones world. Gardner Dozois is the editor of the book, Book of Swords, which is set to be published on 10 Oct 2017.

The fifteen short stories in the Book of Swords are the original tales from the fantasy world of sword and sorcery. These stories have been contributed by more than ten different authors. Every story from the Book of Swords has a special significance. Like the story of George R. R. Martin in Book of Swords may include an extended history of the Targaryen’s, including an account of the lives Aenys Targaryen and Maegor Targaryen, the two sons of Aegon the Conqueror.

About the Author: Gardner Dozois

Gardner Raymond Dozois (born July 23, 1947) is an American science fiction author and editor. He was editor of Asimov’s Science Fiction magazine from 1984 to 2004. He has won multiple Hugo and Nebula awards, both as an editor and a writer of short fiction.

Gardner Dozois is the author or editor of more than a hundred books. His last two anthologies, Dangerous Women and Rogues, were New York Times bestsellers.
